Program description

The program sends recurring transactional messages concerning system health, authentication, monitoring, reconciliation, order lifecycle, and events that require operator attention. It does not send marketing messages and is not offered for public enrollment.

Enrollment and consent

The sole eligible recipient, the owner and operator of One Hart Group LLC, enrolls by texting START from their own mobile number to +1 912-621-2521. By sending START, the recipient consents to receive recurring automated operational SMS messages at that number. No public sign-up form is offered, and no third party may enroll another person. Consent is limited to this program and is not a condition of purchase.

The enrollment confirmation identifies One Hart Group and Hart Schwab Alerts, states that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and explains how to use HELP and STOP.

Message frequency varies based on operational events. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless plan.

Delivery and availability

Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is an alerting channel, not the authoritative record of a brokerage account, order, position, or system state.

Financial and execution boundary

Messages are operational notices only. They do not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice. A message cannot approve, create, cancel, replace, or execute a brokerage order. Any consequential action requires the separate authenticated controls of the applicable system.

Privacy and changes

Information is handled under the SMS Privacy Policy. One Hart Group LLC may update these terms by posting a revised effective date on this page.
