SMS Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies only to the One Hart Group LLC operational SMS program described at onehartgroup.com/sms. The program serves one verified owner and operator and is not available for public enrollment.

Consent

The sole eligible recipient enrolls by texting START from their own mobile number to +1 912-621-2521 after reviewing the SMS Program and Terms and Conditions. Consent is limited to this program and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Information collected

• The verified mobile number enrolled in the program.
• Consent, opt-out, and help-request status.
• Message timestamps, delivery status, and carrier responses.
• Limited operational event details needed to compose and audit an alert.

How information is used

• Deliver requested transactional alerts.
• Process STOP and HELP requests.
• Diagnose delivery failures and protect the service.
• Maintain security, operational, and compliance records.

Sharing and sale

One Hart Group LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, mobile opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be processed by Twilio, telecommunications carriers, and infrastructure providers solely as needed to deliver, secure, and support the program, or when disclosure is required by law.

Retention and security

Program information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, troubleshooting, security, audit, and legal obligations. Access is restricted, credentials are not included in message content, and operational records are protected using technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to this private program.
